Ben Sanchez has lived in the 153rd district his entire life. Now he wants to give back to his community by serving them in Harrisburg.
As a Certified Public Accountant, Ben knows how to manage the books. He did it in Abington Township as a commissioner and now he will do it in Harrisburg. In the state house, he will push to eliminate wasteful spending and find new revenue sources to balance the budget without impacting working families.
Ben also believes that action must be taken to curb gun violence in our communities. That’s why he supports common-sense gun reform and universal background checks to help keep our towns and schools safe. His commitment to gun safety led him to get a recommendation from Ceasefire PA, a gun reform group.
A strong environmentalist, Ben also believes in protecting our land and water from the harmful chemicals released during fracking. That’s why he will hold polluters responsible for the damage they have done to our land and ensure the Department of Environmental Protection has the resources they need to crack down on polluters.
