A lifelong resident of Lansdale, Steve graduated from North Penn High School before going on to Ursinus College. He went on to work in scientific testing before becoming a sales professional.
Steve’s desire to help his community was instilled by his family. After immigrating to America with little else besides the clothes on their backs, his grandparents worked to provide for their family and improve their neighborhood. It’s their hard work and dedication to others that inspired Steve to run for public office. Steve currently serves on Lansdale Borough Council and is now on his second term. During his tenure, Lansdale has seen a revitalization with new investments made in infrastructure and fostering small business development in the downtown region.
While on the council, Steve saw roadblocks to improving his town at the state level, so he decided to bring his experience of bringing problem-solving solutions to the state house. In Harrisburg, Steve will increase investments to improve Pennsylvania’s crumbling infrastructure and support policies that attract small business growth. He will also be a strong advocate for the public school system and its teachers. As the son of a retired North Penn teacher, he knows the value of providing teachers the tools necessary to promote the next generation of leaders. Steve knows firsthand how much local programs depend on the state government for funding and will make sure Harrisburg provides its fair share.
